Working extensively with licensed cannabis producers over the last decade, Armin has a proven track record in cannabis production, facility design and has had responsibility for facility operations including staged crop growth, as well as quality control, compliance and efficiency in this industry.

A PhD organic chemist with more than 20 years of experience in oil field chemistry research and development, Shaun founded SynOil Fluids with 3 partners in 2002; revenues hit >$225 million in less than 10 years. With a BSc in Psychology and a PhD in Neuroscience, Darren has more than 15 years of research in cerebrovascular disease, treatment-resistant depression and movement disorders, including work on the use of medicinal cannabis for their treatment. Darren has authored more than 25 peer-reviewed articles, earned numerous awards and is regularly invited to speak at conferences around the world.

A General Practitioner originally from Bogota, Colombia, Juliana has been working in research in the medical cannabis sector in Canada for 3 years, including cannabis product development. She is currently the clinical research coordinator at a multidisciplinary clinic in Calgary, AB where she conducts clinical research studies.

Known for attentive detail and quality delivery, Mostafa Vahdaty is a respected single-family and multifamily builder in Edmonton, Alberta.

Dr. Pon is a practicing general dentist in Edmonton, Alberta with multiple offices throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Prior to his 30 years of clinical dental experience, he worked at the laboratories of the Alberta Research Council. His experience is enhanced by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Doctor of Dental surgery.

Don Smith joined EllisDon in 1985, building a diverse array of structures but more importantly working with his team to build life long relationships. During his time as the Vice President of Operations for Western Canada Don oversaw 35 projects with an estimated value of over 2.5 billion dollars including the New South Hospital, Foothills and Calgary Airport expansions and Bankers Court to name a few.
